i-Pledge
This area is still in development. When completed, it will offer you a service to help you manage your charity giving in one place, make a single payment and sit back with the knowledge that you are thinking about and using your money to get the best from it while redistributing to help people.
What will the service provide?
i-Pledge will be a charitable, web-based service that allows a user to register and login to their own 'pledge account' and to manage the amount they give to charity and which charities they donate to.
Each month, the user can change any detail for whatever reason e.g.they have a pay rise or they may wish to donate to a disaster fund via a one-off payment. The user then sends an update to ipledge or, alternatively, they may leave their account to run over time.
Each month, one direct debit or paypal payment is made from the user's account to a trust account administered by ipledge. From there, the total pledge to each charity is calculated and a direct debit is made by ipledge.
